欧盟指南文件第23号《仿食品玩具及其他仿食品产品》2026年7月份发布

​EU Guiedance Document no 23 "Food-imitating Toys and other Food-imitating Products" published.欧盟指南文件第23号《仿食品玩具及其他仿食品产品》已发布。

The risks of products that imitate food are covered by the Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety (General Product Safety Regulation, GPSR) unless specific Union harmonization legislation covers them. For example in case of toys that imitate food, these are covered by the TSD.  除非有特定的欧盟统一立法予以涵盖，否则模仿食品的产品风险由《通用产品安全法规》（GPSR）（欧盟）2023/988号条例进行规范。例如，对于模仿食品的玩具，则适用《玩具安全指令》（TSD）。

The guideline is intended to assist in correctly classifying articles under the relevant testing framework, GPSR or TSD.​该指南旨在帮助正确地将产品归类至相应的测试框架、GPSR或TSD。

The annex contains several tables which treat different categories. They are divided as follows: 法规附录包含若干表格，涉及不同产品类别，具体划分如下：

Table 2: Bakery 烘焙食品

Table 3: Sweets/Candies 糖果

Table 4: Slimes and liquids 黏液与液体

Table 5: Others 其他
