ErP能效指令2009/125/EC介绍

 

自2009年11月20日起，Eco设计指令EuP被更换为新能量相关产品指令（ErP）2009/125/EC。原来的能耗产品Eco设计指令仅涵盖微波炉、洗衣机或电视等耗能产品。除了原来的EuP指令涵盖的产品之外，新ErP指令还包含与能量相关但不直接使用能量的产品，例如双层玻璃窗、水龙头和喷头。

欧洲委员会将能量相关产品定义为“使用过程中对能耗有影响的任何物品”。能量相关产品包括所有耗能产品以及节能产品，例如窗户和部分需要用水的家庭设备（其可以减少用水量，从而减少水加热所需的能量）。自2010年11月20日起，EU所有成员国开始实施ErP指令。欧洲委员会尚未根据新指令发布产品列表，而且指令的最终文本仍有待EU公报发布。

The aim of the Energy-related-Products (ErP) directive, also known as Ecodesign, is to promote a framework for the integration of environmental aspects into the design of equipment. The eco-design of products is a key factor in EU strategy on integrated product policy. The aim of this preventive approach is to optimise the environmental performance of products while maintaining their functional qualities.

欧盟能源标签

欧盟能源标签的设计目的是划分一种器械装置的能源效率等级，在消费者区分选择不同型号电器时，为其提供其他有用信息。多数大型家用电器、照明包装和空调系统（加热、通风和空调）产品在出售或出租时，必须明示欧盟能源标签；适用情况下，还应将能源标签列于目录和网站当中。

The Energy Labelling Regulation 2017/1369/EU sets a framework for energy labelling and repeas Directive 2010/30/EU. 

Field of application: the Directive applies to energy-related products placed on the market or put into service. This directive does not apply to second-hand products, unless they are imported from a third country and the means of transport for persons or goods.
